Where we ship

We ship from Korea to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the US cannot be completed and are not charged.

Shipping cost

Shipping to the US is free on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive 10 to 20 days after you order. That covers the time we need to prepare your order in Korea and the international transit to your door.

Import duties

No extra import duties on arrival in the US. The total you approve at PayPal is the total you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you can see the number on the Track order page using your order number and PayPal email.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items show a ship-by date on the product page. You are charged when you place the pre-order. If we cannot secure the item at release, we refund you in full automatically.
